HARLEY-DAVIDSON EURO FESTIVAL 2025

The legendary event returned once more to the Golfe de Saint-Tropez in May…

Last held in 2018, Euro Festival was one of the most popular events in the European calendar, with a heady mix of big-name live music at the beach and the rumble of Harley-Davidson® motorcycles. Much to delight of fans past and new, it returned once again at the beginning of May – and yes, the sun shone for the whole, with the classic beach vibe it’s become renowned for back with a vengeance.

We counted riders and H.O.G.® members from more than 30 countries in attendance, with official numbers in excess of 30,000. Although many attendees stayed in the traditional surroundings of Prairies de la Mer, the main event site successfully moved to Camping de la Plage, right beside Port Grimaud, and the legendary main stage stayed beach-side. Electrifying performances from Royal Republic – without a doubt the loudest band of the event, shaking chalets and the main event site like thunder – on Thursday night, Eagle-Eye Cherry on Friday and Rag’n’Bone Man on Saturday thrilled the crowds, alongside emerging talent from Harley-Davidson’s Music Contest winners Franck & Damien (France), Atwood (Italy), and Stoned at Pompeii (Spain).

The assembled fans flocked to the Harley-Davison Expo for the unveiling of the all-new 2025 Harley-Davidson Fat Boy® Gray Ghost, which was hosted by Karen Davidson. The fifth model in Harley-Davidson’s Icons Motorcycle Collection, the Gray Ghost celebrates 35 years of fat custom style with a stunning Reflection finish and is limited to just 1,990 motorcycles globally. Karen also took the time out to sign autographs at the H.O.G. Zone throughout the weekend.

Another big – and long awaited – announcement that H.O.G. members have been anticipating was a new collaboration between Harley-Davidson and MotoGP to launch a global racing championship featuring Harley-Davidson bagger motorcycles. Debuting in 2026, the series will run alongside select MotoGP race weekends worldwide. Festival goers also had the chance to meet Harley-Davidson x Dynojet Factory Race Team rider, James Rispoli.

The incredible Custom Bike Show on Friday 9 May in Grimaud celebrated the very best in creativity and craftsmanship, with 84 incredible builds from across Europe, and thousands of spectators attended.

Congratulations to this year’s winner of Best in Show: Pepe Lazzara from Belgium, whose stunning creation was originally based on a 1991 Softail® Springer®, since modified beyond all recognition, with incredible detail including gold gilding and extensive engravings. It truly captured the spirit of individuality and innovation.

On Saturday 10 May, 2,500 riders took to the roads in a spectacular parade through Grimaud and Saint-Tropez, and we spotted many familiar faces – and many new, including Spanish actor Jaime Lorente (El Cid, Money Heist).

It was a welcome return to the south coast of France – and if you’d like to share your ride to Saint-Tropez or shots from it, you can do so on social media using #HOGSNAPS or send us your content by e-mail or via the website. Good news for those already planning ahead for 2026 too… Harley-Davidson announced its events calendar for next year, including a European Spring Rally, taking place from 30 April to 3 May, in the stunning coastal town of Senigallia, Italy. Plus, the dates and location for the 2026 European H.O.G. Rally have been revealed: it returns to the incredible Cascais, Portugal, from 18-21 June!
