Daytona Bike Week Is Here!
Gear up for 10 days packed with the latest Harley-Davidson® models, demo rides, entertainment, and thrilling racing in the Florida sunshine.
The annual Daytona Bike Week is a highlight of the riding calendar, with thousands of enthusiasts rolling into Daytona Beach, Florida, ready to enjoy the action. The 84th edition runs from Friday, February 28, to Sunday, March 9, and whether you’re planning on visiting for a few days or staying the course, follow our guide to help you make the most of your time there.

Road Ready
A tune-up before any big trip is always advisable to ensure your bike is in good shape. The T-CLOCS inspection is also helpful and covers tires and wheels, controls, lights, oil and other fluids, chassis and stands. Read about it in more detail here.
Pack It In
While it’s T-shirt weather in Florida, it would be unwise not to pack a few extra layers and waterproof items. To save space, roll up your clothes and organize each day’s outfit in zipper-lock plastic bags to make it easier to unpack what you need. If you’re traveling with friends, share items such as toothpaste and shampoo.
Keep important documents such as your motorcycle license, insurance card and event tickets handy. Also pack a charger, first aid kit, spare keys and essential tools – you’ll kick yourself if you need to make minor roadside repairs and don’t have them. Read our recommendations for on-the-bike toolkits here.
Check cargo weight limits of your bike, bags and racks and adjust tire pressure and suspension accordingly. When loading the bike, keep as much weight as possible close to the center of gravity, distributed evenly from side to side. When fully loaded, check your headlamp to make sure it’s aimed properly. Before setting off, familiarize yourself with local motorcycle laws for the states you’ll be traveling in, and download the H-D™ App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to plan and record your ride.

Plan Of Action
There’s so much to do and see at Daytona Bike Week, it’s definitely worth planning your days so you don’t miss anything. There will be the usual great selection of merchandise, clothing, and accessories for sale, as well as the latest Harley-Davidson models, demo rides, custom builds, exhilarating stunt shows, Burning Bike, great bands and the World’s Largest V8 Parade. Check the daily schedule on the H-D App.
The Race Is On
There’s lots of racing action taking place at Daytona International Speedway, including the Daytona 200. Racing fans can also see the King of the Baggers racers and their bikes up close at the Harley-Davidson Event Headquarters at Daytona International Speedway on Tuesday, March 4 before the new season starts on Thursday, March 6.
